"Management of the Administrative Buildings" Ltd. is nowadays entering the market of elite real estate property. At present "Management of the Administrative Buildings" Ltd. Introduces a new project - namely, construction of new Business Centres, the largest in Donetsk:

  • 12a R. Luxemburg str. (Voroshilovskiy district) - as per 25.01.2005, the ground work has been carried out, the foundation pit has been excavated, concrete preparation for the construction of foundation fulfilled, and construction of foundation started.
  • Krasnoarmeiskaya str. (Voroshilovskiy district) - as per 25.01.2005, the earthwork for the foundation pit is being carried out.

The latest achievements in designing and civil engineering have been applied to make the designs of these buildings.

The Business Centre includes both trade areas (located on the ground floor and 1st floor) and office areas (located on the 2nd - 8th floors). The conference hall will be situated on the 9th and 10th floors.
The facade of the building is made of a ventilated facade system with glazed elements. The building is equipped with modern engineering systems, among them an autonomous heating system and air-conditioning system.
Two lifts are envisaged in the office part of the building:

  • passenger lift for 5 people (load lifting capacity 400 kg);
  • passenger lift for 13 people (load lifting capacity 1000 kg)

The building of the Business Centre looks harmoniously against the background of district's composition in respect of all stylistic and structural peculiarities and surrounding buildings, as well as compositional and visional connections.
The best decoration materials are used to make the facade expressive.

As to the skyline of the buildings the principle of maximum degree of approximation of the designed line to the existing/actual relief is taken as the basis.
The building has two main entrances from Krasnoarmeiskaya street and also some evacuation ones - through the staircase.

There is one separate isolated entrance for the loading of goods into the storehouses and trading halls.

Two lifts are envisaged:

  • cargo-passenger lift (load lifting capacity 1000kg) and
  • panoramic lift (load lifting capacity 1000kg)

Architectural expressiveness of the building is achieved through the unusual design of the roof with its wavy configuration, suspended facade system with glazed elements and decorative cornice. The lower part of the building is decorated with natural stone of rare type. The stairs and entrance grounds are decorated with ceramic-granite tiles.
